Our bidding and pre-construction process is designed to set projects up for success, including comprehensive buyouts, scope gap identification, and engineering solutions that maximize efficiency and cost savings.
Through our design-assist expertise, we ensure compliance with building codes while utilizing BIM modeling to optimize project planning. As part of this process, we also handle material submittals early to prevent potential manufacturer shortages and confirm all UL requirements are met, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
During construction, our project managers are engaged early, driving coordination and scheduling to keep everything on track. We leverage state-of-the-art total station technology for precise layout, reducing errors and increasing efficiency. Our skilled workforce and streamlined processes allow us to scale manpower as needed, pushing schedules forward to help projects finish ahead of time.
