The JDI Team
In the early 2000s, Josh Mowdy, Al and Jean’s son, started working alongside his father, learning the skills necessary to execute at a high level. As their experience grew, so did the pipeline of work as they focused on relationships and building a labor force that has amassed to several hundred men in the Denver market alone.
In 2014, Al, Jean, and Josh joined forces with Adam Wood to grow the mid-rise and high-rise division of JDI. Adam’s experience on the GC side brought immense value in delivering this type of product. His overall knowledge of mid to high-rise construction and CFMF elevates JDI’s ability to construct complex metal framing systems. From layout to closeout, Adam is actively involved with the construction teams ensuring JDI is a partner in the success of the projects.
As the company continued to grow, Al was looking towards retirement. In 2021, Josh was named President of JDI. Al still checks in on the office while Jean maintains an active role. Josh continues to be involved in every stage of the projects and actively communicates with JDI field teams.
JDI is a faith-based, family-owned and operated drywall and metal framing contractor.
